Fresh Case

Our fresh case features local and whole-animal options, for Beef, Pork, Lamb and Chicken. Whole animal butchery allows us the ability to provide more unique cuts, like pichana, pork cheeks, and shanks along side more traditional cuts.


Charcuterie

We craft a variety of smoked, cured and dried meats in-house. We focus on traditional recipes, inspired by local ingredients from the Valley.


Oven Ready

We do the prep. You put it in the oven. Doesn't get much easier for a home-cooked meal.

Classes
