Prep/Line Cook

Prior prep cook and/or line cook experience preferred. Tasks may vary daily, meat and butchery skills preferred. Must be punctual, organized, willing to learn, and be eager to work with meat and seafood. Must be capable of standing for long periods of time doing tedious tasks and lifting up to 75 pound. Part time 25-35 hours. Mostly morning shifts (approx. 8am-2pm). Pay dependent on knowledge level. 


Assistant Butcher

Minimum 2 years experience preferred. May include experience field dressing for hunting. In depth knowledge of beef, pork, lamb and poultry cuts and processing, as well strong knife skills. Strong customer service skills to assist customers with custom cuts, seasoning, cooking instructions and information about sourcing. Must be punctual, organized, and be eager to work with meat and seafood. Must be capable of standing for long periods of time doing tedious tasks and lifting up to 75 pound. 25-35hrs/wk. Mostly afternoon/closing shifts (2pm-8pm). Pay dependent on knowledge level. 


Cashier/Register

No experience needed. Must have strong people skills, as you will be the first person to greet every customer. Dependable, honest, organized and friendly. Assist with prepared food orders and retail sales. Assist with bussing tables, wiping counters and other basic clean up duties. Career Development Plan for Butchery or Line Cook, if desired. Part time, 10am-2pm Tues-Sat.
