Experience required. Must bring knowledge, creativity and leadership to kitchen by leading Prepared Foods department. Managing, teaching and staff development, creating specials. Experience with butchery, cured/smoked meats, sausage etc helpful, but not required. 40 hrs week, with OT opportunities in first few months. Bonuses and incentives.
Prior prep cook and/or line cook experience preferred. Tasks may vary daily, meat and butcher skills preferred. Must be punctual, organized, willing to learn, and be eager to work with meat and seafood. Must be capable of standing for long periods of time doing tedious tasks and lifting up to 75 pound. 30-40hrs/wk
Minimum 2 years experience required. May include experience field dressing for hunting. In depth knowledge of beef, pork, lamb and poultry cuts and processing, as well strong knife skills. Strong customer service skills to assist customers with custom cuts, seasoning, cooking instructions and information about sourcing. Must be punctual, organized, and be eager to work with meat and seafood. Must be capable of standing for long periods of time doing tedious tasks and lifting up to 75 pound. 30-40hrs/wk.
No experience needed, dependable, honest, organized and friendly. Assist with prepared food orders and retail sales. Career Development Plan for Butchery or Line Cook, if desired. Part Time.
Good work history/references, no experiences needed. Must be able to organize and work clean, must stand for long periods of time and lift up to 75 pounds. Part Time.
