Fresh Case

Our daily fresh case features local and whole-animal options, for Beef, Pork, Lamb and Chicken. Turkey, duck, rabbit and other exotics are available seasonally, or by special order.

Because we use whole animals, rather than boxed meat, we can offer unique and hard to find cuts, that can often serve as comparable equivalents for more expensive cuts. Like Rib Eye? Try a Denver Steak. Our friendly staff will be happy to work with you to find just what you need.
