Smoking & Grilling Class
May 3 3-5pm (Date Adjusted, Please Note)
Help us kick off the summer as we discuss tip and tricks to help you become the master of your grill. We will discuss what to look for when purchasing meat, trimming skills, seasoning, and cooking methods. We will sample some bbq, and each participant will take home a grill-ready rack of baby back ribs.
$100/person
2 weeks notice required for refund or rescheduling of class.
Classes are subject to cancelation if enrollment is too small. You will be contacted 1-2 weeks prior to class date to inform you of cancelation and options for reschedule or refund.
